Rat Lord Volleyball is offering weekly indoor volleyball clinics at the Frank DeLuca YMCA in Ocala — Sundays from 4–5 PM, built for intermediate through elite athletes at player ratings 3 through 5.

What To Expect

About The Clinics

These clinics are designed for athletes who want additional volleyball instruction, skill development, and competitive repetitions. Sessions may include:

Ball control
Serving & serve receive
Attacking
Setting
Defensive technique
Positional training
Competitive drills
Game-play situations

Training will be led by Taylor Fosler, Director of Rat Lord Volleyball.

Who are these clinics for? Rat Lord indoor clinics are built for intermediate through elite athletes — player ratings 3, 4 and 5. Athletes should already be comfortable with the fundamentals and ready for structured, competitive drills. You will select the athlete’s rating during registration.
